Prior to your initial consultation with JumpSpark, you will be asked to complete a Client Discovery Form, which includes your contact information and other information about your branding and marketing efforts.  And before you receive your complimentary discovery consultation with Dina Tulli Davis for coaching or when you sign up for or purchase coaching programs or attend workshops, you will be asked for your contact information, which will automatically add you to our contact database or establish and account with us, if applicable. You may also verbally give us personal contact information to establish a customer account with us. All information that you provide to us is by your consent. Providing us with your cell phone number or email address is voluntary and optional. When voluntarily giving us your email address, you understand that you have given only Dina Tulli Davis or JumpSpark permission to use it to communicate with you. At this time, we do not engage in SMS mobile marketing. We keep your personal information secure and do not share or sell your personal information to third-parties.
